Ah neat, did you win?
Nope, but I gave a real run for my opponents' money; all the sets I did finished 2-1 in a very close fashion.

I also 2-stocked a Diddy and survived a Ness back throw.

Another thing is the surprisingly high amount of Dedede mains: 3!

Or did you not compete, watched, and goofed around with others?
Friendlies are the best part!

Impressive, most likely better than what i could ever do

And that's not really surprising, people tend to flock to characters who have. . . well character

This is what I told myself when I saw an old friend of mine play Brawl.

This is also a thing I told myself when fighting a classmate's Shiek, which I'm now able to defeat.

People tend to flock to top/high tiers, actually.

Which is why the Little Mac, Dededes and those two Robins come as both surprising and awesome!

There was also a Samus main last week. Not Zero Suit, regular Samus.

Well. . . guess to say I'm not very confident in my own ability

Well I'm on assumption that this was more of a casual than a serious tournament, like one of those just set a place then show up kind of deals

Because of those you get a bit more variety users. Though just my assumptions

Stop being so negative!

A bad attitude will only lead to a bad performance.

No, those people actually main those characters.

Nothing casual about it...besides the hilarious friendlies.

...Did anyone else just have Crashboards?

Also big tournaments usually do have a wide variety of characters too, but only at the beginning.

True. . . but I'm a realist

And thats what i meant by variety

And not what i meant by casual, more along the lines of being a community tournament than a major
