I...I don't get it. Did she get buffed? (I'm not very good with patch notes...)

Pikachu and her aerials are much safer on shields now. That is a HUGE buff. These two characters are probably the ones who benefit the most from the new shield mechanics.
Also it looks like Luma might have less shield stun now too.
