Stockholm syndrome got it's name in the city of Stockholm where a group of bank Robbers had requested a flight out of the US (iirc) while holding hostages. One of the people on the issue was given permission by the Robbers to come inside to Moshe sure that the hostages were safe and to his surprise they were eerily calm given the situation they were in and they actually wanted to help the Bank Robbers to escape. The police then went with a gamble of infiltrating the Bank and managed to rescue the hostages and imprisoned the robbers.. one of the hostages even went to visit them in prison

lol

I'll be honest, I'd probably have that condition for the sake of saving my *** during a robbery.

27 reasons why voting doesn't work. "I don't know who this is so I'm not going to vote for them.." "OH LOOK (insert well-known name) is running I'll vote for him/her" *doesn't bother looking at what promises he/she makes*

My cousin is voting for Donald Trump because like him, she believes immigrants coming into this country are criminals. The reason for this belief is because her father was an actual criminal. Besides that, she is also very poorly educated, which shows up in her grammar and pretty much where she lives in Florida, which is the rural farm parts. She's also never researched this stuff and even though she acknowledges Donald's blatant racism, she's oblivious to things that make sense in more complex subjects. That's probably the sort of hispanic you'd see voting for Donald Trump.

Otherwise it is pretty much people who have beliefs similar to Westboro Baptist Church and the KKK, or rednecks who lack any real job skills, supposed christian morality and intelligence. Or just plain ignorant people who believe Donald Trump is actually rich enough and smart enough as a businessman to run the country.

@ Fluttershy Fluttershy that's high school mostly. Almost the entirety of the population takes political voting seriously, even if they're just plain ignorant and on the basic level only listen to the promises made instead of researching it, like most average joes. Difference is that Bernie Sanders and Donald Trump are extremes nobody can counter. Both of them talk about things no other politician has talked about. Which is why on both sides of the spectrum people who never voted are coming out to vote. Though when you start to research both sides of the extreme, you start to see which has clearly more logic put into it.

Though Trump is the leading Republican right now, he'd only win if the Republicans were gonna win in the first place, lol.
Also, I have doubts about Sanders winning because he's an extreme that has a centrist alternative. A big chunk of his supporters will ultimately vote for Hillary if they don't feel that he can win the election.

Personal experience plays a big part in people's political views. People who hold conservative views are not necessarily bad people as you said with your cousin. They just haven't had their horizons expanded by certain experiences.

You're sadly right about that being the case with Hillary and Sanders, though I think he just recently passed her in a poll, which is a great sign of change and a more free America. Also no I'm completely wrong about High school voting, it's about who has the best smile, arsse, breasts, candy, selfies and friends, not just not knowing what they plan to do. "Eyy student body, I'm gonna run our events like I run my girlfriend's decisions, because I'm one of those stereotypical hot guys who are pieces of sh*t and are entirely incompetent".

The pictures that are taken before the voting starts is usually a good indicator of who's going to win the election.. people would rather see the potential President be more appealing to the eyes than someone who looks like closed and mean

Though if we're getting anyone for president, I want Donald Trump's hair. It seems like it'd make a great president.

I do kind of want to get out of that habit though. At least on the weekends since that's when I usually spend the most time awake after midnight.
