Also fun fact about Chloroform, if you use it the way they do in the movies it would actually kill the person instead of making them pass out (plus it would chemically burn your hand, making it obvious you did it). You would have to extremely dilute it, but really at that point it would be the wet rag limiting the oxygen flow that caused the pass out not the chloroform.
