Then again, GBA game, so it's pretty limited compared to the others

I own BIS, Dream Team and will most likely buy Paper Jam

I have a friend who have the first two and I watched a few LPs of them too.

Dream Team's the best so far, imo. The music was simply... it was fantastic and it really did some clever things, even though it just followed BIS's footsteps gameplay-wise

Funny that you're talking about the M&L games because I'm actually playing through Partners in Time right now. I finished Superstar Saga not too long ago. I've played Bowser's Inside Story and Dream Team, but didn't finish either of those.

I loved the demo for Dream Team, but I could only get my hands on SS, (all these other new releases were calling my name) I'm going through SS right now, trying to beat it for the 1st time.

I agree completely, although I think some songs from BIS were better than DT, such as the boss theme.

Not to mention the masterpiece that is PiT's final boss theme.

Not sure if there is, but M&L, or Nintendo as a whole, never dissapointed in music, so maybe it fits extremely well with the battles.

AlphaDreams make great RRGS, and Yoko Shimomura makes great whimsical music (Dream Team and Paper Jam composer)

The final boss themes were always the best song of these games for me.

They always make me feel how important that final battle was and each had their different style and never really followed the same style as other songs, bringing some much needed flavor to the soundtrack.
