Well to be fair, it's actually the two versions mixed together to follow-up to the variation used for the intro. Somewhere you might be able to find just the longer and different version.

Also, said "version" of the theme was actually once meant for a different project by Hirsch and his team, a project unrelated to Gravity Falls. However, due to the extreme similarities between the two songs, the fandom still usually refers to be it as being the "full" theme.
