I learned about and started watching FIM from my friend who is a brony. He told me about it and was like "But isn't that show for 5 year old girls?", so I kinda ignored it for while. But one day while I was flipping through channels, I noticed that FIM was on, so I switched it over to the HUB and almost instantly became hooked. And that's pretty much how I got into MLP: FIM.
