Well, there's the movie, there's the first 10, maybe 11 seasons, but then there's what? 2-3 good episodes per season and about 2 minutes of good jokes, if any, in everything else.

But that's just my opinion.

I did say there were a few good moments recently, but the 90s were when they were at their best, IMO (besides the movie, which is completely hilarious )
