so is this thread going to be locked if we get to a certain amount of pages/posts?

Threads that have 2000 pages or more soon begin to experience performance problems and glitch up if left open for more postings after that, from what I recall...I can't remember what the exact technical problem is with threads that grow to be that huge, just that there is one of some sort.

We'll definitely get a new Bob-omb thread when that time comes though.

Less than half-way there, but we will end up there eventually..

I've never tried to kept track of roughly how many pages we've advanced for each month, but I have a feeling we'll probably get there by sometime early this coming year.

Indeed, I will really miss this thread when it has to be locked, it's been quite a fun one......at least we'll still be able to view this one when it does have to close, as well as getting an entirely new one to continue the game itself (and anything else we feel like talking about since it's also pretty much the forum games social )...
