I think it's less about revenge on the inverse thread and more revenge for the record that was broken a few months back. They've been much more frequent here since it was broken and raised, not to mention we've gotten a lot of new mods since then as well.

Still, even if it was because of our attempt. That's quite the grudge they're keeping for a simple forum game.
And even with the new influx of mods, only a couple stayed. Like Frost, N3ON, IsmaR with Xeylode and later BigAxle. Every other new mod posted one or twice and left (heck, even with mods like Omni and Werekill. They've been mods for quite a while).

I love that they purposely made it cheesy and campy, especially the sequel as it doesn't take itself nearly as seriously as the first one does.
