Blockbuster have received Brawl today

My best friend who is in another state works in blockbuster, he told me Thursday, today, he received 6 copies. four for rental and 2 for sales. He told me Blockbuster changed the policy, they can no longer play pre-street game. Well, he is the store manager, so he "borrowed" it though.
