So what we have here is a blind kid who feels he's being discriminated against because he cannot enjoy video games like his non-blind friends can. To make his case he argued that the American with Disabilities Act supports his position that Sony is indeed guilty of discrimination.
Lets look at the Americans With Disabilities Act;

Now I'm not an expert on constitutional law, but I do know the law quite well. To me this seems to completely destroy his case.
Reasonable Modifications, modifying video games to the blind is unreasonable. Video games use your eyes, and other senses but mostly your eyes. How does he expect Sony to make their products more user friendly with the blind when the product it's self is completely dependent on vision. This would be no different then going to Ford or GM and suing them because they don't make blind friendly cars.

They also must comply with specific requirements related to architectural standards for new and altered buildings; reasonable modifications to policies, practices, and procedures; effective communication with people with hearing, vision, or speech disabilities; and other access requirements. Additionally, public accommodations must remove barriers in existing buildings where it is easy to do so without much difficulty or expense, given the public accommodation's resources.
