It's based on a SubCM Jirachi sweep. Hopefully you guys can make it better ;)

I'm not going to give you a set-by-set analysis, since all your sets (as your title says) are pretty standard, although I might consider putting Brave Bird over Taunt on Skarm. However, the team as a whole could be improved.

You said your team is based around a Sub CM Rachi sweep. This is an excellent goal. Think for a moment about what stops it (with your set, which iirc is the overall best 2-move coverage Rachi gets without using HP):

BLISSEY
Magnezone
Swampert
Heatran is an issue

So, obviously, you've gotta get rid of those. Swampert usually comes as a lead, but does give your entire team issues at this point. You're not taking down Magnezone so easily either, as many carry HP Grass to overpower Pert. Bliss is going to cause Rachi issues since all you can do is vainly hope to overpower it. Heatran is covered fairly well through Ttar, Gyara, and Swampert.

Bliss, Pert, and Maggy then. Your team is rather odd- half of it screams "I WANNA STALL YOU" and Gyarados and Ttar say "lol no." I like the idea of going more towards stall- you've already got most of the critical elements. Spin blocker in Rotom, SR support from Pert, Spikes from Skarm- you just need Tspikes (which also let you outstall Bliss with Rachi). Shifting to a more defensive Resttalk Gyara build might help. I forgot the build, so I'll copypaste from Gates' thread.

my ***** (Gyarados) (M) @ Leftovers
Ability: Intimidate
EVs: 248 HP/248 Def/12 Spd
Impish nature (+Def, -SAtk)
- Rest
- Roar
- Sleep Talk
- Waterfall

Standard resttalk Gyara. His job is to absorb the sleep attacks from Roserade, Breloom, Smeargle, etc. and then phaze in his sleep. He also resists fire and steel and is immune to ground, all of which help on this team. Intimidate is also quite good as it essentially means that I can switch him into Breloom at any time and totally wreck him.

Then I'd sub out Ttar for Tentacruel for Tspikes support and you've got a quick fix to make a decent stall-based team, although a more complete fix would probably involve reworking Skarm or Tenta as a lead and subbing Swampert for an SR Blissey or something.

Optionally, you could try to rework your existing structure as a more offensively based team. I'll just outline it quickly because I don't feel like going into depth. I'd like to put Tentacruel over Skarm to maintain that Tspikes support, since Tspikes are awesome. I'd also put Latias over Rotom, since she'll also enjoy the entry hazards and cover all of Jirachi's weaknesses (as well as have almost all of her weaknesses covered by Jirachi, for a kind of special sweeper core of two). With the extra speed Lati brings, ScarfTar is unnecessary; I'd switch to CB or Leftovers to Pursuit Blissey and take it down. I'm just sketching it out here, so I'm not sure what to do with Gyara; either leave it or switch it with Starm.

Well, there's two directions you could take. Hope my rate helps!

Taunt is actually really awesome on Skarmory. It wrecks other stall teams and Brave Bird is pretty ****ty for it 90% of the time. The only times I'd actually use Brave Bird would be against Breloom since it's 4* weak, but even then it's behind a sub the whole time so there's no way Brave Bird would actually damage it.

I disagree that Magnezone is an issue simply because it's almost never used at higher levels of play. And even then you have Swampert who it can't deal with aside from Explosion and has EQ, Rotom-H with Overheat and resistances to his STAB moves, and TTar who outspeeds it and has EQ.

I also disagree with Swampert being an issue. Yes it can theoretically wall him but realistically speaking a LeadPert won't live that long and non-lead perts are uncommon. Rotom is also good for dealing with Pert since he can burn him and wear him down with Shadow Ball. It works, I've done it many times before.

Blissey and Heatran are definitely issues though, and while Heatran isn't THAT hard to deal with since you have a plethora of neutral or better attacks, Blissey will **** you up. For this reason, I suggest Superpower over Pursuit on Tyranitar.

On an individual basis:

Swampert - Use Ice Beam instead of Surf to hit dragons better, otherwise fine.
TTar - Already covered.
Rotom-H - Give him 92 or 96 speed to break ties with other Rotoms.
Skarmory - You want A LOT more speed for him to be an effective taunter. Try 252 HP/72 SpD/184 Spd.
Gyarados - I like the coverage offered by Waterfall and Return, it's quite nice. That said, if you want your team to be more stallish, resttalk would be better.
Jirachi - idk what to say other than that paraflinch Jirachi is probably better. What you have is a solid build though and you need a special wall, which this can serve as.
