Black Trainer Card?

ok I know there's a series of things you have to do to get the black trainer card w/ 5 stars. I beat the elite 4, got the nationaldex, and I have 84 wins in battle tower so I'll prolly have 100 this afternoon, but 2 questions.

1. how do you win the master rank at a contest, does anyone have a surefire way of doing it?
2. how do you steal people's flags if you can't use wi-fi? I don't have wireless internet here.

1. Import fully pokeblocked contest pokemon from r/s/e and learn how to do the other things.
2. wi-fi? There's no wifi with the underground? You have to use DS wireless play with someone else who is underground.

You use the Explorer Kit(given to you by a man in Eterna City, in the house right next to the Poke Center) anywhere outside, and you will be sent UnderGround!

I don't think you just have to GET the National Dex though. I'm pretty sure you have to fill it out (save event Pokemon like Darkrai, Shaymin, Arceus, Mew, Celebi, Jirachi, Deoxys and MAYBE Manaphy/Phione)

ok, how do you get underground?

Since you asked this question, I'll automatically assume that you just kinda rushed through the game. After you get the explorer kit from the old man in eterna and go underground, you can dig up pokemon fossils(pokemon depending on your version(Pearl=Sheildon fossil, Diamond=Cranidos fossil)) and after you get the national dex you can dig up past fossils(Old Amber, Root fossil, etc.) so technically you need the underground to finish your national dex. Also to revive said fossils you need to go to the oreburg mining museum and talk to the people behind the counter and give them your fossils.

To steal flags, you need to be near other people underground in D/P, then you locate their secret bases, take their flag, and run to your own base and register it in your PC before it gets stolen by another person or taken back by the owner. The more flags you have the more decorations you can place and big boulders you can remove from your base.
