Black Screen with Gecko Os 1.9.3.1

Well, when I start my Brawl (Texture hacks includer (Irivate/Wii and that stuff) and load it (PAL version, by the way. Used Phantom Wings' Code). I get a black screen, and the Wii freezes. D: How can I stop this?

P.S: I use System Menu 4.2, could that be the problem?

The System menu has nothing to do with it. You're using the PAL 2.1a code, right?

Yup, the File Replacement one. Gecko finds the code, but then freezes at the black screen. (Where the Wii remote/wristband thing should pop up.)
