The only problem I see is that Jiggs ground game isn't up to par. Her ev spreed isn't helping her either. MK seems like a better choice if you want to go aireal (he plays great on land as well). Therfore MK not only makes a better alternative he also rips through jiggs. If it's melee, then we have fox to destroy her.
Her weight makes her eaisily killed at low percent.

Low tier for sure.
