No... cause Falcon Punch is a sexier move that doesn't kill at super low %'s. Not just that, but it was reverse falcon punch and it takes a lot longer to come out. The triple Falcon punch definitely is better :D

Falcon gets a ****load of DI when Reverse Falcon Punching making it easier to mindgame with. The Falcon Punch has more range too. Also, Judgement is random and nobody knows when a 9 will ever come out and Judgement is more likely to be spammed in hopes for a 9, making it more likely to kill less effectively than the Falcon Punch.

When someone gets hit by a 9, the game temporarily "freezes" because of the huge hit (and the hitstun afterward) which lengthens the hitbox on the 9 out.
