Who do you guys think is the best video game villian of all time?

For me, it's definitely Albedo from Xenosaga. He has the BEST laugh EVER.

Hmmmm. Kefka was definitely a terrible (terrible in a good way) villain. But...hmm...

I think I'm going to have to go with Ganondorf.
