Best times to use n-air?

Hey, I couldn't find a Q&A thread here so I just went and made this thread.

Anyways, I always hear that Wii Fit's n-air is amazing, yet it's probably one of my least used moves. I can't seem to ever find uses for it other than the occasional SH n-air.
Can someone help me out here? Thanks in advance.

Anyway, the best time to use nair is in neutral. You're pretty much looking to fast fall it on opponents as a punish in order to open up her combo tree or confirm into a kill.

Excellent tool for catching rolls and spot dodges (mix in grabs and sun salutations to keep the opponent guessing). Great whiff punisher.
