Eh, Marth favors neutral stages, and I believe the both do exceptionally well on Norfair.

I don't even know how one would counter Marth. For Lucario, I'd pick Orpheon, because his recovery doesn't have a hitbox, which means I can abuse the lack of a ledge on one side of the stage sometime.
