I think it would definitely have to be either Battlefield or Norfair. The Smash 4 iteration of Battlefield just looks fantastic, and it's fun to play Norfair without those damn stage hazards.

All praise be to Sakurai and his crew for allowing us to turn off hazards to some degree. Right...I say it is a toss-up between Skyloft, Delfino Plaza, Wuhu Island, and Mario Circuit (both Brawl and 4).
