Best international website to buy hardware?

I have to use an online store because the PC stores here suck and have old overpriced hardware so it's not an option. I tried using Newegg but they have some weird policy where the shipping address and the billing address have to be the same so I can't get someone to send it down and they don't ship outside America so that's not an option either.
