Okay, so i was messing around on youtube a while ago, and i stumbled upon this little video here

if anyone would like to explain to me what happened that would be great

oh and btw this looks legit and it was made on 12-2-08 so im not sure if there was a hack out there that allowed this to happen

Pretty sure that it was a dirty disc misreading where to send Ness since I haven't seen any other videos for it and it would be WAY too easy to accomplish if the only thing he did was climb the ledge with Ness.

And this glitch > that one.
