Best Character Poster By Far

I don't think there's really any competition. I liked Little Mac's but this really takes the prize for me. Sonic looks totally out of place though.

I don't know about best, Mega Man's is pretty freaking classic as well.

But yes, it is a fantastic poster. I really do hope we get official releases of these newcomer posters, I need them on my walls.

I actually think Palutena's is one of, if not the worst one.

I really like Pac-Man's poster, it is my second favorite right behind Little Mac's.

I had hoped that if Pac Man got in Smash, that he would be very retro. My expectations were met. I am very pleased. That poster is the best way to encapsulate the character I can think of.

I actually like most other posters more, but has there really been a bad one yet? Palutena's is kind of boring, but the art is still good.

They should've used Sonic's 8-bit sprite from the original game on the Game Gear.

I agree with this sentiment; I went back to check them all and Pac-Man's is probably my favorite. Ironically, it is not because of Pac-Man. The Link and Bowser sprites were what really sold me. Pac-Man looks great, but he is not necessarily the predominant reason that I enjoy the poster so very much.

I love Bowser setting the ghost on fire, Link collecting the cherry in his usual manner and Kirby eating the dots. It's a pretty great poster yeah.

I would've preferred seeing 8-bit Sonic from the Game Gear / Master System there to blend with the style better. Not a bad picture, though. I'm too partial to Little Mac's, which I think is the best.

This one is cool but I honestly prefer the drawn posters better if only cause this one just looks like Sakurai paused the game in the middle of Pac-Man's jump animation, got the angle perfectly, and photoshopped the rest himself, not that this is bad mind you it's just I'd rather see art that I know I can't do over something I could probably replicate myself if I wanted to.

That said my favorites right now are Megaman and Palutena.

Pac-Man's is actually one of my least favorite. I would've preferred personalized art, rather than a rather simple Photoshop. Little Mac's and Mega Man's are my favorites so far.

Both Pac-Man's reveal trailer and poster are hugely disappointing considering the status of the character. The poster especially, is probably something that's already been made. Heck, there's a scene in Wreck-It Ralph that's very similar to it.

Every character has a poster that makes sense for them. Look at WFT's, all it is is a bunch of silhouettes in yoga poses. The simplicity and retroness of Pac-Man's poster fits him better than anything else could.

The retroness and simplicity is fine, it just feels like some fan made Photoshop that I've seen a thousand times already.

I love the poster, but I do think Mario and Peach's placement in the poster is weird.

I love how kirby is sucking up the pellets.
