Hello.
I'm not allowed to have a TV in my room, so I found a loophole: use my new laptop.
All I need is a capture card and a Framemeister and I have ~$115; the problem is I'm saving up for an NES Classic this summer. (I have an SNES Classic.)
So I'll use the money I was gonna use for a digital Metroid Samus Returns on my 3DS to get...a capture card. No Framemeister; we have, what, 4 systems that use RCA (Genesis, PS2, Wii, and Dreamcast) and 2 that are RF (2600 and Jaguar)?
So I need a capture card under $50 USD and just HDMI.
