Those six figher are the last fighters are::4gaw::4pacman::4littlemac::4mario::4luigi::4dk:. BUT!!!!
There a complete unused space... That space could fit like 6 characters more or less...
Thinking about, is very odd.

I saw this picture in Isaac thread too. I think Mewtwo is not the only DLC. There more...

WOAH this is interesting. What's with allllll the space left over on the right!? It'd be odd to just have all the characters when unlocked on the left and nothing in that whole side... this is REALLY interesting guys.

Since Mewtwo already has a trophy, I fear that the other DLC characters are hidden in the trophy list as well... Rayman is very possible to me. Rayman (and some of his friends) in the trophies is very odd, I think he will be a DLC character along with Mewtwo.
I think that Kirby will have a 4th rep for almost sure.
At this point, I think, if Bandana Dee has not a trophy, that the most possible characters are Magolor and Galacta Knight (not another Dark Pit -.- at least he has a shield and a lance, maybe he won't be a direct clone to MetaKnight); now, I honestly think that Magolor is very possible (not a fan of him, I think that the Kirby series has more or less a new final boss each new game, and taking just one of them and putting him in smash as playable is not a good idea - except for Dark Matter who has been a final boss for 3 games, or more if you count pseudo-Dark Matters like Dark Nebula, Dark Mind and Magolor's final form as well -, but this is what looks to be the most likely character so far).
Someone from Rhythm Heaven is very possible as well... there are a lot of potential fighters in the trophies, there is Karate Joe, the Chorus Kids, Marshall and the wrestler.
Maybe King K Rool or Dixie? They both have a trophy.

The 3 Mii trophies are also missing in that screen I think.

Looks like someone is missing from the character select screen since the leak of the 3DS version, and now there is this DLC thing, so I think it's very possible that Mewtwo won't be alone.

Well Magolor seems to be confirmed as alive and a part of the Kirbyverse right now with reoccurring roles so far and more recent relevancy. I definitely think he's got a chance as far as a Kirby rep is concerned. The problem with Dark Matter is that he's reoccurring but never the same character. There's Dark Matter Swordsman whose killed off. Zero is killed off and in K64 takes the form of Zero-two. There's no singular representative form for the character. Magolor is just Magolor. This singular character whose come back to start trouble here and there. Whether it be as a main boss, stage hazard in drum dash, or opponent in the races included in Dream Collection. It may not be the last time we see him as well since it's confirmed he's a live and well. I was hoping Zero or Marx would be bosses in stages but looks like that won't be the case. Considering people dislike boss stages now after playing them... maybe for the best? :(

I agree too that Galacta Knight has a chance. Hopefully not as an MK clone :/

Bandana Dee seems to have the highest chance though lately.

I think that the most iconic form of Dark Matter is the swordman one. He appeared more than in just one game, he did some cameos and had a small role in a minigame of Mass Attack. I don't think that the fact that he is dead matters too much (magolor was dead as well at the end of RTD, but he returned somehow).
But, Dark Matter has no chances anyway, due to how Sakurai choses the fighters (he doesn't care how many times a character appeared in the series or what role he had, he just take the characters who in his opinion have more appeal and are coming from recent games, or extremely retro/classic ones - I think it's an extremely bad way of chosing characters but still). I was just speculating a bit.

I like Dark Matter Swordsman but I agree. However I don't think many people know him as well as other bosses. I barely find that many people have even played Dreamland 2 x_x (Which is a shame cause I think it's the best of Shimomura's games imo)

If Galacta Knight shows up he'd better not be too cloney. He's got a lance, arrows he can shoot, lasers, minions... I mean... there's potential for a unique moveset.

Bandana Dee however is the best candidate. I'd go as far as say he's the main playable character in the newest game and has been very reoccurring and become a main cast member. We still don't have a Bandana Dee or Isaac trophy right? Maybe Isaac has finally moved to playable and will be DLC.

That's very depressing to hear.
This is really sad... may Shorts rest in peace. Shorts will be missed on this website.

That news is sad... also Krystal was not put in the game and he wasn't able to play as his favorite character.

Anyway, almost back on topic (not really)
I feel so bad for Ridley fans, with all those possible DLC characters left, they have no hopes since Ridley is a stage hazard and Sakurai explicitly said that he won't be a character during an interview.

Also, with 18 newcomers, there may be more than just 1 Kirby rep left! I mean, there are so many interesting characters in the Kirby franchise, why Fire Emblem got Lucina AND Robin, while Kirby should get just one single character?

I never talked to him but still, the death of anyone, even if you never knew them, is a very sad thing.

Today I found a Bomb Kirby trophy with the RtD design.
And the trophy description said something like "Bomb Kirby has a cute hat just like Poppy Bros Jr., but the design changes between games".

Eh, he said the same thing about villager and there are two Ridleys. Lucina was made on the last minute
