Banana Gliding

Okay guys. I was just randomly fiddling with Luigi's glide toss for my own amusement, when I decided to try an item that would appear in the metagame: Banana Peels.

Now, honestly, I've never looked at this part of the boards, so I'm not sure if you've already found this, but Luigi can use a Banana Peel to combo from long range into Fire Jump Punch.

You Glide Toss backward and throw the Banana Peel to trip your opponent. Before they can get up, you'll slide to where they are. Right then, you can Up+B before they can input any commands and you get a free sweetspot.

This will help in Luigi's matchup against Diddy, and will also make Luigi + Diddy a formidable team.

But yes Luigi is hella fun to glide toss thanks to his Low traction. But with the added lagless attacks he has he can easily pick up items quickly and/like Diddy's bananas. Also Luigi can mindgame alot when he has a mindgame in his hand and much easier to catch it due to the brawl mechanics. Makes you wanna play items eh? (Hi Evo ;D)


edit: also diddy is at 30:70 disadvantage cause he cant follow up combos. and hes serverly outranged in the air
