Balloon Fighter

Does the balloon fighter song from SSBM hint that he will be in Brawl?
Note:this is not like that stupid rockem sockem robots crap. I'm serious this time.
Think about it: tha only time he appeared in the game was as a trophy. But they made a whole song for him. Does that signify anything?

Brawl is being managed by a different guy than who did Melee, and there was pretty much no planning regarding Brawl while Melee was being made. I would not say this signifies anything. Perhaps this would have been better suited for the balloon fighter thread?
