Wario seeks to use aerial speed, fast attacks, and survivability to outlast opponents.

Wario's attacks are easily shut down by opponents who can safely outprioritize him.

-F-Smash has little risk for reward.
-Aerial pressure is a tiny bit much.

- Slightly decrease weight.
- Decrease F-Smash damage.
- Decrease knockback of uair.
- Decrease jump-break stun.

Wario, like Marth, keeps his entire fight style intact, but on a level more balanced with the rest of the characters. A new dynamic is a more demanding choice whether to save f-smash at higher percents for a KO instead of damage building, as well as saving the uair later. All these nerfs are probably forgiven by Wario mains though, for the jump-break has been fixed and chainthrows are less of a problem.
