Toon Link seeks to use walls of projectiles and good aerials to build up high amounts of damage.
Toon Link shows problems against small or nimble characters that can avoid the damaging building that Toon Link needs to reach a KO.
+ Remove idle animation.
Okay, so Toon Link is good. He's so good that I almost considered nerfing him, but at this point given the meta-game that would have no point. Instead, I'm just making his shield slightly less pointless. Congrats kid, you earned it. Now go fight a ROB or DDD or something.
