Lucario seeks to live to high percents to drastically increase the power of his high priority attacks.
Lucario has trouble agianst those who KO at lower percents, and against those with superior range.

Lucario seems okay as is, like Falco. Nothing about him seems under or over-powered; he can even keep his chaingrab! Lucario has an enjoyable style, and I see no reason to attempt to modify that. In some sense, I might consider Lucario the best example of balanced character traits in Brawl's engine. If I had to change him, I'd probably jsut make his Up-B cover a slightly larger distance.
