Getting into the Back Room is as simple as posting well, being noticed by the BRoom community, and being nominated and voted on by the active members. As simple as that sounds, we actually invite people back there very infrequently, and in very small groups.
Most BRoomers had posted for years before even being nominated.
Basically, just post well, and hope for the best.
