B sticking

what are the pros and cons for B sticking for this character? advantages and disadvantages?

Terrible, for oli, I don't think ill need a super fast pikmin whistle, or throw lol.

An Olimar controller either uses his C-Stick for..

Everything (including charged smashes)
Aeriel Fighting due to speed.
Looks, literally doesn't use it.
