Uhm, what is the meaning of your question?
I am not quite sure what you're asking....G&W's moves all come from a different game? You absorb energy projectiles three times and then can unleash an attack on enemies that does that damage combined and more? I have no freaking clue what you're asking for.

Well, as previously stated, G&W's Down+B 'eats' exactly THREE projectiles. After this you may hit Down+B and he will spill the oil in front of him in a 3 part physical attack that can range from weak (three Fox lasers) to instant kill (three Ness PK Flashes). Note that if they shield it you will slide back SUPER far from G&W's traction. Great as an edgeguard.
