Only Singles tournament. Tournament will be held Saturday February 4. Tournament Will Run on Unity Ruleset General Gameplay Rules EXCEPT That you may only use Characters from the B-C Tiers. These are:

As for how it is going to be organized I am not quite sure yet, but in the replies to this topic I will eventually post this, so be sure to check it out! To sign up, just post "I'll join" or something like that in the replies of this topic so that I know. And one more thing, I can only take up to 32 people. Thanks!​

You can do this similar to how Blokes is done. You can use a Xat chat to organize everyone and let them have their matches after you make the bracket.

Really looking forward to this tourny if we get enough people.

Just for reference and data if you want you can request people post which characters people think they'll be using. That's what most tournys tend to do.

Here are the most likely characters I'll be using in advance: DDD, Marth, Wario, GnW.

EDIT: Is this a live tournament? Or will a round be posted with a deadline date? I'm going to participate in an SSBB tournament at a big gaming event that takes place on Feb. 4th, which will go on all day, and I will not be able to participate in a live online tournament on that day... :/

Sorry I haven't been posting about the tourney lately, been busy with a lot of stuff. It's awesome to hear so many responses from you guys! As for Xat Chat, I'm not too familiar with that way of organizing. Can you guys do me a bit of a favor and tell me how Xat Chat Tourney Organization Works?

It's simple. We set a time. I recommend around 5pm. Everyone that wants to join has to be there by 5pm this Saturday. We wait until say 5:30 for everyone to show up and then the bracket is made and the tourny begins. We use the xat to setup matches and progress the bracket. The whole thing should take around 3 hours to complete.

Well come to think of it the bracket can be made even before then since we know who's signing up (assuming everyone shows up). So perhaps on Friday you can make the bracket ( tournys do double elimination with a losers bracket). If people that were registered don't show up their opponents win by default and move on.

But it's up to you when you want to make the bracket.
