Awesome Up Smash

Yesterday I was playing online and I playing with sonic. I used my Up smash while running and I hit my opponent next to the edge of the stage. Instead of knocking him up, he was knocked down and he got KO'd! Has this ever happened to you? And how can I master this?

Good on ya lol but this is pretty old. What you did was an Usmash spike.

I don't think it can be mastered. It just factors down to poor DI and "number of hits" that the Usmash dealt.


edit: Just noticed this was your 2nd thread. If you had trouble changing the thread title, all you had to do was "Go Advanced" then change the title at the top.
