PM Singles will be round robin pools into a double elimination bracket with breaker pools.
Breaker pools are designed to obtain more detailed and accurate results.
(once double eliminated, players will enter into a round robin pool with the other players that tied with them).

Additionally, there is free parking on Summit and N 4th if you go beyond the parking meters.
However, this is 2-3 blocks away.
Red Star is the venue.
Blue Lines are free parking.

All Items Set to OFF, Item Frequency set to NONE.
Pause set to HOLD (a pause will result in a GAME LOSS, not a stock).
Warioman and Gigabowser are banned.
3.6 Final Version ONLY.
Input Assist set to OFF.
Ties after time limit is reached are determined by stocks, then percentage.
You cannot counter-pick any stage you have won on unless it's agreed upon by the opponent (DSR).
The TO Staff reserves the right to change rule sets prior to the event.
