Autocancelling bair?

Falco autocancelled bair is an excellent move and I've been trying to implement it to my neutral game. Problem is that I can only use it to the left. To do it to the left I just tap x and swipe my thumb over the c stick in one motion, but to do it to the right I have to press x -> right -> a to be able to perform it and it messes up my dd. I've heard that I should do it with the c stick aswell, but I guess my fingers are too slow. Any tips?

Yeah, defo do C-stick. You can flick it over, I do that a lot. Bair doesn't work great as an approach though; I tried it once. Approaching and retreating SHLs should be bread and butter.

Ah okay, so I just have to get faster then. Just one more question; do you use x or y? People say that it doesn't matter, but it seems easier to move the thumb from y to the left side of the c stick than to do it with x.

Using A for aerials sometimes is honestly fine, and it makes autocancel bair much, much easier in both directions.
