Auto-cancelled moves?

Hi,
I recently saw on the general thread that the IC could auto cancel BAIR and UAIR, and even use it to desync.
Is the AC hard to perform? Are there other aerials that the IC can auto cancel?

Icies can just auto-cancel bair and uair. AC bair isn't that hard, but AC uair can be tricky without some practice. Both are really useful though!
