AUTO Cancel NAIR?

I seen on another thread about auto cancelling a nair with Samus, but I have not heard of this before. How does one simply autocancel nair?

One lands either before frame 4 of inputting nair... or after frame 35, active hitboxes are frames 5-29, move normally lasts till frame 49
