When: Saturday, August 15th, 2015 (Venue Opens at 10:00AM for friendlies, Registration Closes at 11:00AM, Tournament starts promptly at 11:30 AM)
Where: Grand Traverse Mall, Traverse City, MI ( The room is located right next to subway by the bathrooms in the food court)
What: Smash bros Wii U tournament

$5 Venue fee (Venue fee waived if you bring a full set up, No lag TV, Wii U, Smash 4, Gamecube adaptor)
$10 entry fee
Smash 4 Singles only
Bring your own controller (only gamecube and wii u pro controllers allowed)
Rules:
No Items
1v1
Double elimination
DLC characters and maps not included (unless all setups have them unlocked)
best 2 out of 3 games (except grand finals 3/5)
2 stock, 6 min time limit
Starter stages: FD, Battlefield, Smashville
Counter picks: Town and City, Delfino Plaza, Castle Siege, Lylat Cruise, Halberd, Duck Hunt,
If FD is banned it bans Omega versions as well
If time limit is reached the person with more stocks is the winner, if same amount of stocks the person with lowest percent is the winner. If same percent then play a 2 min. 1 stock game on same map with same characters.
Suicide Clause: Whoever the game shows winning on the victory screen is the winner, if it sends you to sudden death then play out sudden death.
NO customs
If pause interrupts the opponents recovery the match goes to the opponent. If pause doesn't interrupt recovery lose 1 stock. If both opponents agree that nothing changed during the pause they may continue on as usual.
Mii Policy: Mii's can be used in the tournament, standard size and weight only, custom movesets may be used.

If we have time we might do a 1 game single elimination random character tourney as well.
