Audio keeps getting ****ed-how do I fix this?

Using a dazzle with a recent videoglide capture. I have no idea how to fix the sound, or what audio setting I should use with videoglide. Pinnacle is out because I have no working disk drive.

I have no experience with videoglide unfortuantely, never even heard of it. I would try Windows Media Encoder or Virtualdub

I'm on a macbook with a broken CD drive using a Dazzle HD (I think it's a 170); my options are very limited.
