There wasn't a billion rooms in 2005. There also wasn't your Brawl, wasn't texture hacks, wasn't as many tournaments, wasn't as many character rooms, no Smash Hacking, no easy way to get screenshots, blue-ray, wii-motes, electric cars, solar powered boats, levitating mice, deep fried peanut butter...*ramble*back in 2005 it was worse than it is now.
