the airdodge system actually doesn't allow you to maintain invincibility, there are several breaks in it and depending on dedede's air attack selection as far as priority and speed doing this through the air might not be the best idea

I agree with Gimpy, even though they can stall a lot of time, they are still vulnerable after they perform the dodge, and before they can begin the next dodge. Also, they are probably weakened in aerial attack if they are allowed to do this attack.
