At what damage %, is Lucario's power maxed out?

I was wondering when his power was maxed out cause in some youtube videos i watched, they put his damage to 999% and he was owning in power. But when is the max like nobody is going to get 999% in a match with him.

Check the sticky. I think it's 200% or so.

At 200% his damage is multiplied by 2.

It doesnt go any higher. And thats alot of damage, being two times what it was before...wow.

Then again, at 200%, survivability isnt very high.

problem is it'll be really tough to stay alive long enough to do a lot.....

Yeah from what i have seen/herd he dosnt seem to last long, espically to 200% but that will be awesom when you do.

I think Lucario would have to be played a little "kamikaze" style at start of the match, trade hits with oponent and finnish him with boosted power attacks. Next stock would all about racking damage and still a little trading hits.
