Okay. One topic I've posted is me simply yelling at the adv. players, but don't think you're safe casuals. Cause you are out of control. A combination of poor spelling and grammar (100x worse than any mistakes I've made on this forum), egocentric posts, complete disregard for the forum rules, trolling, false information...I could go on.

It's no wonder the competetive crowd mocks us!

Personally, I'm ashamed to be called a casual because of the kind of behavior that's associated with it. Now I'm not bashing all casuals, but honestly now, most of you have really gone overboard.

For a personal example, let's go back to when the lovely players who went to E-4-All. (Thank you SOOOOO much Gimpyfish and egruntz. You've really made my month/year/whatev) Around this time it was confirmed that WDing was out.

It should have ended there. But no. Adv. Players started whining (I really give props to those who took it in stride and still had the confidence that you'd beat people like me without some of these adv. techs) And again, it should have ended there too!

But no. Casual players began to mock/troll with 1000 WD threads, all along the lines of "HA HA! UR WD IZ GONE!!!!! LOLOLOL!!! U SUX!!!!"

Wow. Real mature. It's no wonder that some players treat casuals like crap! Look what you people do!

That's not including the hundreds of posts about false info, worthless spam topics (why the hell should we apologize for merely speculating on a game ningod?) and troll topics (Mostly AGAINST adv. players) that I've seen in these few short months I've been with Smash Boards.

Grow up.

Learn how to spell and use grammar correctly.

And give casual players a good name.

I agree with mostly all you've said but, maybe it's because I'm not a casual so the generalizations you've made doesn't insult me. ( Not all casuals suck at spelling/grammar. and adv. players can be bad at writing too...)


But I must say, you have got to have one hell of a flame shield to be able to make two of these topics.

we don't really hate casuals, they just complain too much, and some people get sick of it. do you know how many people came into smashboards and posted random spam topics, without using the search button. well, pikachu does not approve of such behavior. yeah, some of the casuals give most of the casuals a bad name. its kind o ironic to look at your join date, then theirs, and see how much more they posted.(note: this is a new account cause i lost my old one). also, competitive players will beat casuals on how smart they act in the game, though its directly porportional to how they behave out of game

But if there's anything we know about flametards, casual or otherwise, its that they respond to anything they don't want to hear with dismissal an incomprehensible molestation of the keyboard. I don't think this thread's going to do much besides give the literate a place to look at the world-wide-web version of the chimpanzee exhibit.

Proportionally, compared to a lot of posters, I must be advanced...LOL. (Naw, not really) Yeah, that's another thing. I think I might have posted a repeat topic ONCE, before I started utilizing the search bar. Now its like some sort of alien thing that newbies seem to fear or something...le'sigh...

You are stereotyping , your referring that every casual is like that, which if FAR from true. I am not advance, as i only resently found out about advance techniques, and cannot try them, due to my melee disk being missing. I didn't post about wavedashing cos i didn't give a ****. The only thing that annoys me is the people who make useless random theads which have no point. They arnt casual, just idiots
