Are Voices/Sound Effects Replaceable?

Is there a way to replace certain character's english voices with voices from another region? English Fox sounds pretty lame and I'd like to replace it with the Japanesse Fox. I know that you can replace music, so sound effects should be replaceable right?

But to answer the question:
No you either replace all the voices or none it's that simple
SFX editing is possible but it requires alot of hexing and time

put it in sound however for it to work you need to use riivolution
