Are Luigi's Aerial up-b Kill Confirms Really Known?

I was labbing out Luigi today and found three aerial up-b kill confirms. The first is falling nair to full hop up-b, the second was down throw to aerial up-b and the third was up tilt to aerial up-b. These killed Pichu at around 70ish percents. I'm not sure if this is common knowledge but I'm posting just in case.

you sure these are confirms? have you tested out how much di affects these? Because in my experience utilt up b feels inconsistent
