The tenth Spicy Spot is approaching! The Spicy Spot is the Tampa biweekly event held at Oldschool Videogames, at which we host tournaments for Super Smash Bros. Melee, Project M, and WiiU.
Door fee - $5
(including entry, pizza, and drink)
Tourney fee - $5 each
[6:00pm] - Venue Opens
[6:50pm] - Smash WiiU Registration Ends
[7:00pm] - Smash WiiU Bracket Starts
[7:50pm] - Melee/PM Registration Ends
[8:00pm] - Melee/PM Bracket Starts
Remember to come early so that you can be registered or have a friend check with the TO (Chris Bui). If you let us know ahead of time, we can delay your match for the first round or at least give a bye and put you in the loser's bracket.
It would be greatly appreciated if complete setups can be provided. For Melee and Project M, this would include a Gamecube/Wii, a copy of Melee or Project M, and a CRT. For Smash WiiU, this would include a WiiU, a copy of Smash WiiU, Gamecube adapter, and an LCD/HDTV/monitor so that this event may run smoothly. And as an added bonus from our gracious venue owner, all used items are 15% off! And for only $3, you can challenge him at Mortal Kombat 2 for a chance to win $25 in store credit.
