They say Doc can't approach, but what if he b-air'd, shffl'd or full-hopped? Or can he, at lower %'s, cc d-smash or wavedash d-smash?
How do you guys approach?

I tend to approach with a pill for coverage, and then short hop nair converted into d-smash.

Keep in mind, that MU is vs. Fox. One of the very few characters Doc isn't out-ranged by.

You don't want to approach (unless you're shroomed). Doc gets out ranged by too much it's not worth it. Shffled b.airs or shwlba (short hop wave landed b.airs) are o.k. but you have to be backwards to do them and that limits options if you get a hit. Pills are o.k. I guess you just have to be smart when throwing them. Trust me approaching with doc is not good at all I learned the hard way
